BE ONE OF THE FIRST TO REGISTER FOR THE FUN WALK
The first 75 Walkers who register online will receive
THE ROTARY GREAT RACE INSULATED BACK PACK
Course
The Fun Walk is approximately 4 miles around Marblehead Neck. Power walk, leisurely walk, stroll; whatever you choose. Get your friends and family involved to either join in the walk or sponsor you to help the Rotary in their fundraising efforts. Of course there will be checkpoints along the way with refreshments.
Additionally, you can hunt for our “Missing Ducks”. Rules and Regulations for the Hunt will be explained at the start of the walk day of the event. Needless to say the more ducks you spot, the more there is in it for you. What a great way to spend a morning with your family or with your friends.

After you walk
Stick around to enjoy an activities filled day at the beach, games, entertainment, etc.
Anyone who retires from the walk at any point between the registration table and the finish line should inform the Fun Walk officials by calling 310-990-7049. Otherwise, event staff will be looking for walkers who are no longer on the course.
*Please do not try to check in early because of Boater Registration. We do encourage you however to come early to cheer on the start of the boat race and then get in cue to check in for your walk.
Parking
Parking is available directly next to Devereux Beach Lot in the Marblehead Residents Lot or across the street (Ocean Avenue) in the Riverhead Lot. Just an FYI the water craft trailers are being directed to the Riverhead lot so it is suggested that walkers park in the Marblehead Residents Lot. Parking Attendants will be on site to assist with in/out for both lots.
Restrooms
Restrooms are available in the Devereux Beach parking lot, at Lime Rickey’s Restaurant and at the 2ndcheckpoint of the walk at the Marblehead Lighthouse.
Waiver
It is necessary for all participants to sign a release waiver at check-in. Click here to download Release and Waiver of Liability form.
Consumption of alcohol and/or use of illegal drugs at any time during the Rotary Great Race event is prohibited.
